Delivery and Returns
We ship internationally. All products and fabrics can ship to any destination worldwide.
For a postage quote, please add your desired items to your shopping cart, view your cart and select ‘calculate worldwide shipping’ if you are outside of the UK.
We really want you to receive your fabric when you need it! If your order needs urgent dispatch, please let us know via email or telephone. We are always here Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm GMT.
Please make sure to enter your delivery address correctly on our website, otherwise your parcel may be returned to us and we will need to charge for redelivery. If your shipping address is a business/organisation rather than residential, please be sure to check your mail room or goods-in area carefully before reporting non-delivery.
We are working hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our time to dispatch your order ranges from 1-2 up to 5 working days; this is dependant on special events such as remnant sales. Please note, dispatch time is the time between us receiving your order and it being sent out from our studio, and does not include shipping time. Our working days are Monday to Friday. You will receive an automated email notification upon dispatch.
To avoid disappointment, if you need your order for a specific deadline such as a birthday or a sewing class, please select Next Day Delivery to guarantee your delivery day. Please contact us via email or telephone if ever this option is not available at checkout as we are likely to be able to get this sorted for you. We will be glad to advise you about delivery.
Option 1: First Class
Your parcel will ship First Class Royal Mail. First Class post should arrive 24-48 hours after dispatch, however this is not guaranteed.
Option 2: Next Day
Your order will be received guaranteed next working day if you place it by midday (12pm) on a working day.
For example, an order placed before midday Monday-Thursday will be received the following day.
An order placed between 12pm Thursday and midday Friday will be received on the following Monday.
An order placed after midday on a Friday will be received on the following Tuesday.
This is Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed service and items sent in this way require a signature upon delivery.
If you need guaranteed Saturday Delivery, priced from £13.50, please call or email us to arrange this. We will be glad to help you meet your deadline.
We recommend choosing EU Tracked or International Tracked for your order. If you choose EU Shipping or Worldwide, your parcel will ship with Royal Mail’s (UK postal service) regular airmail, which does not provide a tracking number.
We offer the option to purchase untracked shipping because we want to offer you a choice of prices on postage.
Please note that we will not be able to supply a tracking number for orders with “EU Shipping”/”Worldwide”. Please also note that we are not able to resolve queries regarding untracked deliveries (to destinations outside the UK) any sooner than six weeks from the date of dispatch.

United Arab Emirates: we are glad to ship to your country. We strongly recommend shipping to a PO Box, unless you know that you are able to receive non-couriered delivery from overseas successfully. We also strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping and we may contact you to upgrade your order if you have not chosen this option at checkout.

We try at all times to deliver goods which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned to us, in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
